My Tour Live
Complete creation of a digital brand of virtual tours.
Identity (logo, graphic charter, presentation elements…), graphic model of the website as well as its front-end integration as well as the complete realization of the back-end functionalities.
This project was carried out with the PHP Laravel framework, the Vue.js JavaScript framework as well as my personal Scss Weaver framework.
Creation of a booking site for public, private, group or individual virtual tours.
The web platform contains a personalized back office for different roles (editors, guides or administrators).
Identity
The identity of the My Tour Live brand is made up of 3 entities: the corporate, the application, the booking platform.
The platform where the virtual tours take place, which is a SPA (Single Page Application), uses the Vue.js framework and finally the reservation website created under Laravel, Vue.js as well as my personal Weaver Scss framework.
The corporate identity is intended to be more subtle and sober than the 2 web platforms which are more colorful with a more “digital friendly” approach in their visual design.
User area
The reservation site contains several user roles:
• customers (default role) who can only access the front side of the site, to the customer view.
Guides, editors and admins all have access to the back office but with different permissions:
• guides can manage creating new tours and manage only their own tours.
• publishers only have access to the management of articles
• admins have full control of the back office.
Reservation system
The reservation system made in Vue.js allows great interactivity with hot data processing to allow the user to add to the cart quickly and intuitively.
The application presents, on the left, the year and associated months and in the middle the calendar of the selected month. Past visits are not visible, past days are not selectable either. The following days are all selectable, the days with visits are specified with a different style.
Consumer pathway
The consumer pathway, when making a purchase, begins with the selection of the desired visit, then the date and time.
This part of the journey can also be done without having an account and therefore without being connected to the platform. A connected shopping cart system has been implemented to allow people to prepare it before having to create a consumer account.
When the buyer decides to go to payment, he creates his account or connects to display his basket. If he already had products in his basket in a previous connection, it is added to the overall basket.
The payment process is carried out in 3 stages: validation of the basket, information of the participants and finally choice of the payment method (credit card, Paypal or Alipay).
Once the payment has been made and validated, the consumer receives his invoice by email, he can also find it in his “history” area of his account.
